Kid's Artwork

The artwork i.e. colors and form in the kid’s room have to correspond to the age and the personality of the child. The kid’s room is the child’s world and they should be allowed to form and create it. Pictures by the child, photos of the family or photos of the favorite animal are popular things to put up on the wall.

Walls that are not covered with stuff are even more inspiring than walls that are almost completely covered with all kinds of visual messages.

Children are by nature rather conservative and need to feel security and comfort. The kid’s room can therefore be unchanged year after year and it is quite unnecessary to buy new ornaments or exchange props on a regular basis. From an environmental point of view it is not advisable either. Putting some of the child’s latest artwork on the wall can create pride and happiness for the child and provide enough incentive for new creative endevours.
