A dedicated group of volunteers is organizing events on October 10th, 2010 to raise awareness about climate change in the Reykjavik community.

Because Iceland has the unique opportunity for rapid change, due to the small population and concentration of the majority around Reykjavik. Iceland is well on the road to sustainability, however, there is still room for improvement.

Events for Reykjavik's 10-10-10 will mirror those in Isafjordur to promote a shared vision for sustainable Iceland, but nothing is yet confirmed. The process of brainstorming is still taking place and anyone interested in participating can contact: kellyabaumann@gmail.com or julia.vol.wf@gmail.com
